it helped me too!

it was part of my internal parasite cleanse and killed the yeast on my skin (tinea) from the inside and in my intestines. i dont know if this helped the cleanse too but i would take my herbal pills and break a little sweat exercising and set 30 minutes before a shower. i figured it pushed the herbs through my skin to help kill the yeast rash.
