Re: bloated stomach and gas while on raw food?
Thank you so much for taking the time to look up into my problem, which actually continues as i am writting now. The type of
colonics I had, they used a whide short tube, that goes into the rectum only(not the pencil long type one). The therapist was very gentle and yes she massaged my stomach and I have to admit I had enormous elimination and at some poit toward the end of the session I had to go to the bathroom and had to stay there for a while(a long while). I could not believe the amount of stools (all liqufied of course). Then I returned to contine the therapy and when I was finished I made another long visit to the bathroom. The constipation problem began the next day and for obvious reason. All the good bacterial flora and enzimes were wiped out. So I think that is what is causing my problem right now. It will take a while for my body to resume the normal elemination process. I usually have very good and regular bowel movements, but I noticed the same pattern of constipation each time when I do a cleanse. I think parttially that is caused by the sort of laxatives you always have to take in one form or another(salt water, senna, epson salt , psyllium or whatever, even if they are natural. So, this subject has always been a little mysterious and questianable for me. There should be a way the body gets rid of stuff on its own. I don't know.
As far the consistency of my stomach there is a layer of fat around it that regard;ess of what I do, how much I fast and exercise does not go away. Underneath it I could not tell if there is a hard mass)it does not seem like)or soft. I would say it is something between, neighter hard or soft.
You suggested
Oxypowder . I am mot familiar with this product, but actually waht I am using right now is called Oxigen Elements (Life support)dropps, also very expensive. One litlle bottle of 1 ounce is $35. It is supposed to bring oxigen to the cells. I have not felt any result, yet, but I have been taking it only for 5 days now.
I thing I will try the castor oil. It seems pretty harmless, and if it does not work will have to do an enema again(I did one yesterday).I only use it as a last resort
Anyway, sorry for the long post and thanks again for your information rich post and all the good suggestions and ideas.
