aura1,
I'm surprised that you've taken prune juice and epson salts after a
colonic and still didn't get results. It definately sounds like something is clogged in your digestive system, which is odd considering you've been juicing. Were you like that before? Did you start
juicing for this reason? I still think that doing more
colonics is the best idea. Maybe there was something inside you that wouldn't budge and caused a reaction? The tube should be able to go 12-13
inches inside your body to clean your colon. Did you feel the tip of the tube ever bonk up against something, therefore stopping it from going in that far during your colonic? Also, where they gentle when they did your colonic?
Being on a raw diet will be good enough to keep your intestines healthy after you've cleaned out your body from all the years of build up. A
parasite cleanse may be in order. I've heard a couple of times that taking a whole bottle at once of coQ10 is a instant
parasite flush. It might be worth further investigation in the
parasite cleanse forum. I've done 3 different parasite cleanses & never got anything, so I'm not sure what works best.
Okay, another question. When you had your
colonic done, did they massage your stomach? You wouldn't believe how wonderful that works in loosening everything up. I slowly let enough water into my intestines that feels comfortable, yet full. Then I hold it there and rub my stomache and I've gotten so much more loose than I ever did when I did
colonics without using that technique.
If your stomach is soft and mushy, you may just be over-eating, eating right before bed, not getting enough sleep or going to bed late. In that case, you may have saggyness laying right over your hips and it looks really unnatural, like a saggy blob of flesh and fat hanging all around the mid-section, while the rest of the body is skinny. (I'm picturing a pear). I used to have this problem. Your body follows a clock in which each thing should happen at a certain time for optimum function and changing it causes stress on the body, especially the digestive system.
On the other hand, if your stomach is hard and you can feel something bumpy and solid in there, your intestines/colon are clogged. You could try checking by laying on your back and pressing firmly from just under the galbladder working your way down to just above the bladder. Still there could easily be something in there you might not feel, so doing that isn't fullproof. What happens when you have this waste inside your body that doesn't move along as it should, it gets old and hardens, even if it was once liquid. It becomes toxic and blocks up everything after it, causing the food that follows it to do the same thing and creating a snowball effect. The toxins get into your blood & liver and wreak havok. You might have a trail of this compaction in your intestines.
You could try castor oil. It's a more gentle remedy to clear waste material from your intestines than using epson salts. Take one to three teaspoons of castor oil in 1/3 glass of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning or before going to bed.
Another thing, but more expensive is
Oxypowder , which is an oxygenated pill that liquifies whatever is inside your intestines. It gets rid of a lot of compaction by using regular oxygen. I think a bottle is around $40.00. It's something you can take in place of a
colonic (but it isn't nearly as good as a colonic), which also cleans out the intestines. The downside is that when you purge, you will not purge all the feces at once. You will have what they call "butt pee" and will need to go to the bathroom a little bit throughout the day and it's best to start the product on a day you don't have work to find the number of pills that suit you.
Also, I don't know if you've heard of Andreas' forum, but he knows a lot about this topic and has a way with words. I've learned almost everything I know about this subject from him. He's actually too popular for his own good because he works full time, writes books and volunteers his time to Cure Zone. He gets so many questions posted to him that he cannot answer them all and has to disable the forum to stop people from posting new messages until he can aswer all the existing questions, so you have to check the forum a lot to be able to post a question to him. Usually, if you give him enough information, he can pinpoint your problem and offer the correct solution. He's awesome. You can also do a search with his name and the subject and you will probably find some interesting stuff. I have a computer virus, so it seems I cannot do any google searches, or I would have helped you find what you're looking for.
