Hi Sans Sucre. Sorry to pop up again but what do you mean by a "food-based" multi vitamin? Do you mean just an ordinary multi vit and mineral supplement? Do you know the brand you take? Also I am curious about introducing more oxygen into the body - I wonder if say walking or light exercise would help increase the oxygen because I do find I get die-off after walking my dogs. I always wondered why walking gave me die-off - now I think about it perhaps it is infact the oxygen. Of course my exercise has to be monitored or else I soon can create too much die-off. Sorry - just thinking out loud here! Thanks for any further info.
