Re: Question for Sans Sucre or Zule
Hi Stanna,
Gee, I am so sorry that you are having these problems. Man, it is one thing or another with this crap, isn't it? I can't say that I know what is going on with you, but I have been having a somewhat similar experience (tho not with eyes nearly as much as you, but some) and I will relate it in case it resonates with you.
I began using Cell Food maybe about 2.5 weeks ago. At first, it was all good - had tons of energy, a great reduction in
food allergies (and also by the way it has been a great alkalizer - I bought some strips and tested it out). Then gradually over the course of maybe a week, I began seeing some symptoms get worse. Allergies, asthma, constipation, fatigue, floaters and yes, a feeling of a film over my right eye. Drove me bats. And the kicker symptom which for me always means die off - NAUSEA! Then last Saturday, it all came to a head and I was feeling pretty fatigued so decided to give the Cell Food a rest for a couple of days. It does say on the website that you can herx from this stuff. I had honestly thought that I was all over candida and my symptoms were now just toxicity, since I did not "feel" candida symptoms anymore on a day to day basis. Well, after herxing on Cell Food, I began noticing that I was once again expelling candida, so there must have been more buggies in me that needed killin' than I realized. Anyway, I got off the Cell Food for 2 days and a lot of this cleared, but my energy was not doing so hot. So, I went back on it yesterday, and today I woke up ready to conquer the world - or at least my job. :) I figure this is what happened. The hydrogen and oxygenation from the cell food killed off candida I did not even know I still had. That process overworked my already stressed liver, and caused the various die off symptoms, incuding the eye stuff. So, now that I am back on it, I want to try to see it through if I start to herx again, even though it is hard on the liver. Or at least try and see how long I can go until I notice herxing symptoms and need to back off. I am not too concerned that I will develop resistance, as candida can't become resistant to oxygenation like it can with antifungals, I am assuming. Striking a balance between killin' and liver pampering is tough. Die off is basically your liver having to deal with more than it can tolerate at once. But, the thing with die off is that it "should" only last a short time so your liver is not being stressed for a long period. Perpetual toxicity seems to be something different and it can stress your liver for indefinite periods until you are able to successfully detox. Probably the new stuff you are using is working too well, and you are getting a round of die off - does that sound possible?
