this is so true and no one knows better than a hunter and trapper. i have not taken game for years, but you can believe me, i was very cognative of what i was doing and very appreciative to the creature and the creator. i chose that way of life for the experience that came with it. i choose not to live that way partly because of what i learned then. death is not cruel - it is nature. the cruelest and most dangerous animal is man. how he lives is usually a crime against nature. it is not the hunter or trapper, farmer or fisherman. it is the factory owner, the car driver, the airplane rider. these people are torturing countless little creatures to death. and they dont do it to survive. they do it for convenience, for pleasure, and just because they can. that is evil like i have never seen elsewhere except in war.
