When I take the o/o and lemon juice specifically for a mini-flush -- don't take anything else. Making a fibre drink (shelley's) involves one tbsp of o/o, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar (with "mother"...essentially the unpasturized kind) and flaxseed or psyillium seed/husk (one or the other...or half one and half the other). Fill the remainder of the glass with water and drink !
Ensure you drink a sufficient amount of water (as fibre literally "sucks up" water from your intestine/colon area...so if you don't have enough you'll be constipated).
I tend to drink a glass of water 10 minutes after the initial fibre drink and two glases 30 minutes later... :))
