fact is all day yesterday i was so busy moving stuff and
and had in my head to try to make a compilation of vegan Raw
non dairy/ non soy / non animal profiles of
sources for non toxic"
proteins ,
calciums,
EFA's(essential fatty acids)
B'12's
etc...
to make an easy a;; together read for newbies etc..
and have been veyr busy in daily life, dealing with my daughter
leaving for a couple weeks, and trying to get stuff organised
and taken care of before she goes..
before I blather on as i am prone to do,
I think all the endless charts and trying to keep track of other questions folks had asked thru my e mails
just all started to run together *laugh*
btw i often come off sounding Blunt,
but I assure you it is NOT the way I AM
please don't ever think
I am trying to play *god etc with an attitude
I think we all are human and prone to mistakes.
and learn from each other thru sharing..
being a moderator tho,
sometimes i have to be firm as well
to remind folks of posting rules ..
even if I might agree with wha they are saying ..
I have to do a job also to keep forums running as they should.
Anyhow,
I read some of your back posts and there were a several i found very informative.
