Re: Joanne
I don't have many, actually! Almost every recipe I've tried, I've gotten from the site
From SAD to Raw, she's compiled an amazing collection of recipes!
All I can tell you is that I usually have some kind of fruit for breakfast. I especially love ~♥~ mango/banana pudding, which is just one peeled chopped mango and two peeled chopped bananas, thrown in a blended with some ice. WOW it's good! I love that for breakfast, or a banana smoothie. For lunch and dinner I usually have that again, or a salad, or a "burrito", which is some kind of guac or salsa that I made up (some combo of tomatoes, bell peppers, corn, onions, avo, etc) mashed up and spread on a romaine leaf, which I roll up. Or I make zucchini lasagne - there's a recipe here in this forum, a few pages back, for that - it's amazing! Definitely worth searching for. I also love the energy soup, like I said. Check out From Sad to Raw, some of the recipes are super easy, and have pictures!
