I do have kefir grains and shared with a few people already and drink kefir too. I am just more cautious with kefir since after kefir i get coated tongue almost immediatelly- i still can't figure out why since i don't get if i eat a bunch of Sugar let's say from oranges, maybe it's because of sensitivity of yeasts which in kefir shouldn't spurr c.albicans growth; what do you think?
