TG, I do this too! I make yoghurt 'drinks' out of probiotic capsules, sometimes with coconut milk, and other times with organic milk. It works out a lot cheaper, and isn't sweet and sickly like the ones in the shops (I don't know why they think we want them like that!). I first started making yoghurt, then tried doing the same thing with a yogohrt drink. Tasted great. Now I vary it, using different drinks, yoghurts and capsules. That way, I guess I'm getting a wider range of the freindly flora.
