I guess if you really wanted to to go to such lengths, one could spend a whole lot of time , money and energy doing lab tests.

My primary interest is to recover from Candidiasis as simply, as quickly, as effectively, and as economically as possible.

So my paradigm is to experiement, with different procedures and protocols, if they help me I continue them, if they don't help me, I stop and try someting else.
