JoJoe, try oatbran for the nicotine cravings. It's supposed to help a lot. If you have old fashioned oatmeal in the house, that'd work. The instant probably had too much bran stripped.

Also try sitting down with a nice cup of hot water- poured over a lemon, lime or orange slice for a little flavor, if you like. It can be very soothing and won't make candida worse. Then think over the things that help to calm you- a warm bath, maybe? Playing some music? Quiet yourself and just breathe deep breaths, you are fine, and with every moment this is passing. The sensations you feel are just your body doing what it is supposed to do, because of the positive changes you are making.

Hang in there. Let it all wash over you like waves...
