I've had a problem with candida overgrowth for about 12years now. I'm a 32 year old male in good shape (work out regularly but sometimes my diet goes way downhill). Since Oct. of this year my diet has been failing (been cheating a lot). This monday (12/12) I decided to go on a strict diet and am going through huge die-off reactions. I go from a shivering cold feeling to bieng depressed then to having a full blown anxiety attack. It's really strange, Ill have a anxiety attack that will last for about 3-4 mins then I feel great. Im on a rollercoaster of emotion right now. These bouts can be 2-3 mis long to almost an hour. All Im eating right now is unseasoned chicken breasts, ground pork, veggies and Triscuit crackers. Im drinking a-lot of water and running hard at the gym too. Anything you guys can suggest to smooth out the panic attacks? I can deal with the rest of the symptoms. Right now I dont want to take anything that might cause me to have a worse reaction. Thanks for any input.
