That is so interesting that your temperature went up, alisa. Did you know that young coconuts increase your metabolism, which can cause a slight increase in body temperature?
I had a banana smoothie for breakfast - just two bananas, and some ice. It's my absolute favorite thing to have - it really balances me, and it gets me through the morning without snacking. Not that there's anything wrong with that ;)
For lunch today I'm going to have a real treat - raw pizza from the health food store. I usually have a huge salad, but today I'm going to treat myself. Lunch is my main meal of the day - I need to eat a lot to get me through the afternoon! I do love my salads, I just HATE making them. If I could have a nice person just follow me around all day, making salads at my beck and call, I'd be the happiest person around. Oh, and they could clean my bathroom, too.
