Re: How about Red Meat? Would love to hear everyone's comments...

had my back scratched and out of the 78 things that I was tested for - I did not have a reaction to 3!!! All everyone kept saying when they saw my back was "Oh my!" I finally have gotten to the

Same for me, the classic allergy tests were negative but my body tells me otherwise. MDs make the distinction between allergies and food sensivities. Sensitivities come and go--when I am not under stress + candida, these sensivities disapear or are barely perceptible. As far as I know, allergies do not come and go--correct me if I am wrong.
As far as I am concerned, I am absolutely sure allergies are not the result of being overexposed to any particular food, they come from being exposed (or overexposed) to an allergenic food. Last exemple: I tried quinoa recently, because it was recommended on some candida sites. The very first time I ate some, it gave me a reaction.
Something else I noticed: when I react to one type of food, I react also to the whole family: I am not only allergic to peanuts--lots of people are--but also to walnuts, almonds, cashews etc.
Anyway, if you not sure your symptoms come from candida, do a candida test--it's explained below--and you will know for sure.
