Re: How about Red Meat? Would love to hear everyone's comments...

I eat red meat once or twice a month, chicken or turkey once a week, eggs once or twice a week and nuts and beans in between. Occasionally, I eat fresh fish. I eat alot of vegetables and I found an organic yeast-free bread I can eat made by French Meadows. I eat oatmeal, Buckwheat pancakes with butter and stevia, Flax Plus cereal. I also found a vegetable pasta I can eat and eat brown rice sometimes too. And I make sure I get EFA's - olive oil, flax seed oil.

I am having the hardest time gaining weight. My ideal weight is 120 lbs., but am down to 106 lbs. Does anyone know of any good ways to get the weight on.

I heard that Kichadi helps, but can't find mung beans here.

Yugo :)
