If you don't already do it, I suggest you to add salt or sole to the water you drink. As urine has diuretic effect it is very easy to get dehydrated even if drinking plenty of water, because you go continuously to the bathroom. At least this is what happened to me. Now I add sole to my water (I have around 6-7 tsp of sole a day, which is not little, but my urine is not too salty so I guess it is ok) and I feel super. It has also a very strong alkalizing effect. Other people make a lot of juices and take many super-foods to alkalize, but UT and sole in water, which are both very easy, are keeping my ph high no problems. I also add some more minerals, but it wouldn't be strictly necessary.
