lapis drink is:
1 lemon juiced (I use half because it is quite intense)
1-3 tbsp raw organic blackstrap molasses (I use 1)
a pinch of Himalayan Ctrystal Salt (I put 2 tsp of sole)
a pinch of cayenna pepper
water
optional:
- 1 tsp. water oz calcium (I can't import it)
- 1 tsp Water oz magnesium (idem)
- 1 tsp of kelp (just ordered it, I'll add it for sure)
As you see, I make it less intense and have it twice a day, which I prefer
raw honey has great healing properties and is full of minerals, not so much as molasses maybe but for me molasses has a quite challenging taste and I don't feel like having it before going to bed. So I have a drink with 1 tbsp of ACV (apple cider vinegar) and 1 tbsp of honey to support with minerals the hours of rest.
