Who has one? Do you like it and recommend it? I am considering buying one and want to make sure it is worth it. Also I see there are 3 different sizes (models) 2400, 2500, and 2900. Pretty much I think the only difference is the number of trays. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think the 2500 model would be enough for me. I am unfamiliar with dehydrators, could you tell me about these tefflex sheets. Do you use them only once and then you replace them? Could whatever they are made out of leach into the food? I am excited and really want to get one. I recently bought Juliano's uncook book, RAW. LOVE IT! But I haven't experimented too much just yet. I want to make some crackers of some sort for dips. Anyway, I'm rambling. *smile*
