I just wanted to caution everyone about using Braggs amino acids since I see it is an ingredient in MANY raw and vegetarian recipes. Glutamic acid and Aspartic acid are both neurological excitotoxins and have damaging effects on the brain and especially so when in liquid form like Braggs. For more info please read the book, Excitotoxins: The Taste that Kills by Russell Blaylock. I would just stick with good old Sea Salt .
