I don't use my juicer. I use a regular blender. I just cut up the cabbage into little chunks, and throw a bunch into the blender, and then fill it to the top with water. It only takes a second to chop them up very finely, and then I pour the whole thing into a colander. I keep repeating until I do all of the green and red cabbage. Whatever water strains out, fine, whatever stays is fine too. Then I toss the whole thing into a big glass bowl and mix the 2 cabbages together and they're still super moist and juicy.
