When i started using weights a few years ago, i was listening to all the advice from muscle magazines like a dope, lol. I was spending a fortune on creatine and other supplements. For me personally, the supplements didn't do nothing (no strength or appearance changes). Then i got eczema around that time, and i started reading about nutrition and alternative medicine. So i stopped using all those supplements, just a waste of money, and some are bad for you. Most of the whey protein you buy is no different than the milk in grocery stores (growth hormone, Antibiotics , etc.). I hear that creatine is safe, but for me it's just a waste of money. Meat contains a good amount of creatine, so i'd rather get it from there. I worry about my health now, instead of my muscles, lol.
