Re: BiPolar, anyone?

Thank You. You are the first person that has ever responded to me without thinking I am a lunatic. That's great that you found your combo and are still under your parent's insurance. I've tried to get social security and disability, but I keep getting turned down. I may end up having to get a lawyer. Which I don't have the money to do right now. I'm not sure about the mental health services in my area. Since I was kicked off of TennCare (Which was Tennessee's health and mental insurance for the poor) I haven't checked for alternatives. Actually TennCare went bankrupt. It still exist, but only for seniors and children. Everybody else was screwed. If I remember correctly, whenever it was all over the local news here, they estimated around 450,000 people were just out-of-luck. It was a big ordeal. Of course when that happened, it flooded the health department and now it's impossible to get an appointment.

I appreciate your advice. I'll keep trying for SSI and SSDI. I'll also starting making phone calls to find out what else is out there. Thanks for taking the time to respond. Really. I appreciate it.

Kelly
