Paxil

My wife suffers from anxiety. I do everything I can to support her in her life and choices. She tried hard in the past to hide it, but it is started becoming next to impossible. When we finally got to the doctor, the Dr. perscribed Paxil. This is very good for her anxiety; however, she has no energy, no interests anymore, is always tired, no sex drive, and the list goes on. She says she perfers this to the anxiety, so I have to support her on that. But, is anyone familiar with any othe treatment that has less side effects? My least of my worries is sexual side effects. I feel selfish saying this, but I would just like some pieces of my wife back.
