I have just found this site and read the threads you all have written on this, and I am so glad I found your posts. I have the exact same problem, except with me I notice it only after brushing my teeth. I am 100% certain it is my toothpaste causing this. About 45-60 minutes after brushing my teeth the inside of my mouth starts shedding. At first I only noticed it in the morning because sometimes I'm so busy that the only time I find to brush my teeth is right before bed, and since I am asleep quickly my mouth lining sloughs through the night. The last 6 months or so I have been brushing my teeth an hour before bed, and my mouth sheds horribly within that hour. I have not tried an all-natural toothpaste, but I intend to do that soon.
Does anyone know if the shedding causes any irreparable damage? So far I've had no pain- only the inconvenience.
