It is safe when following the program...

I have gone 45 with out a problem.

The only problem is confusion and which of the many paths to take, decyphering
the jiberish from fact.

I will tell you this...if you follow the program,don't cheat, don't skimp, don't
take short cuts,you will be able to do 30 days. I don't advise it for newbies only because of the fact that so many choose to do what they want or what they hear ,rather than follow the book.

30 days is not hard unless you are unsure of your path...
