I'm not saying that he had to do what I did...it was just MY experience that using less and then no syrup upped my weight loss. When I was doing it full strength I wasn't losing weight nearly as much....it was too many calories.
Just because you don't drink 10...doesn't mean you don't have the same benefits..i'm mean...we're all drinking the same thing. I wasn't trying to offend or give bad advice....I just gave my experience and hoped it would help.
