If it were me, and knowing The Master Cleanse can be rough the first 4-5 days, I would give it a few more days.

If you decide to hang in there, drink your lemonades on track and half your weight in ounces of water.

Let us know how it goes for you. This is one of the detox lows you read about in the archives. I think it will pass.
