Hey Zoe, I have a question. The pepper you guys are describing sounds really fancy and "genuine." I simply bought my red pepper from Vons (Safeway) and the brand is McCormick and the label says Ground (Cayenne) Red Pepper. It does not even say heat units on it. Should I buy the good stuff?
