day 4 today. I spent yesterday in bed with fever/ body aches/chills/ ear ache and sore throat.
today my tonsils are all white with swollen glands and still have joint and muscle aches.
throat looks pretty bad. Should I stop Master-Cleanse and go see a doctor today?
