I thought it was a bad idea to take pills with a fast.
I've never looked into colon cleansing pills.
I even went back to edit my last message but I think you responded before I could submit it. I know he would be against any enemas though.
I don't think I'd know what to look for in looking for colon cleansing pills. Can they be found anywhere...that's not the same as just some typical laxative like ExLax, is it?

Wouldn't swallowing pills cause salivation which revs up the digestive system when we want that to rest? I'm not really sure, it's been a while for me and even then I've only done very few short water fasts, a couple long juice fasts and two MC's
