smooth move is made by traditional medicinals brand....there are umpteen different kinda teas... i also drink alot of yogi teas...you will find smooth move to have a spice taste...they put many spices in it ..like orange cinnamon and the like. i have like 15 boxes of different teas:)) haha... also have you looked into taking colon cleanse pills??? i take those also...honestly i dont think its super necessary to take lax tea and swf..if you have colon cleanse pills...this time i have just been doing that and occasional lax teas...
