Yes it really does get easier. The first 2 days are always the toughest for me. You end after the toughest part. Drink more lemonade especially the first few days. You may need up to 10 the first couple of days and then back down to 6-7. Drink lots of water and try to get some exercise. Even if just a walk around the block. You are giving your body nourishment. It will take a few days to adjust. After day 3 you will begin to feel better for sure. Hang in there and don't give up.
