Yes, I can assure you that it DOES get easier :-) How many lemonades are you drinking per day? Some advice on another post that helped me alot was that people tend to only consume what they THINK they might need, say 6-7 glasses a day, and end up giving up because their body begins to scream for nourishment, when upping the amount of lemonade you drink in the beginning will cut those cravings and allow you to hang on. I am on day 4 and having to prepare food for my little girl and husband. I won't lie to you, the first two days were very tough, but I upped my lemonades and told myself, "this IS food", and by day 3 the cravings were few and far between, and so far today I haven't had the first craving. Upping your water intake too helps to keep you feeling full leaving little room for the cravings. I hope this helps.
