I am keen to do the bowel and liver cleanse, but read the parasite cleanse is first. My health food shop keeps small bottles of worm etc. cleanse, could it be this easy? Or is it just a marketing ploy? Any help would be appreciated.

I did my first liver cleanse before a parasite cleanse and got great results. I just finished my second liver cleanse and have just begun my parasite cleanse and am finding out the parasite cleanse is something you can do without realizing you are even doing it. It's so easy!
