Confused by so much info! Where should I start, and which one?

This is a great site, I have been so misimformed! I have just finished reading a book, it was called "Is your doctor making you sick?" I know I have parasites, all my tests showed up alot of disgusting things going on in my stomache. There is nothing worse than feeling really unwell and not knowing what is causing it. Where do I start? Does the parasite cleanse make you feel ill? With small kids and a shop I really have to be on the ball. I am keen to do the bowel and liver cleanse, but read the parasite cleanse is first. My health food shop keeps small bottles of worm etc. cleanse, could it be this easy? Or is it just a marketing ploy? Any help would be appreciated.
