Re: Question for veteran cleansers
Kind of...
I did one January 1, for 10 days then I did another one on March 1 for 40 days.
I usually do about 2 per year.
I have never had the major "high" that I did the first time.
In January, I did the fast to regain my energy, only to find out after the fast that I was pregnant. (That explained the lack of energy) Unfortunately we lost the baby in February.
Due to all of the hormonal changes that my body was going through during the miscarriage, my hubby and I decided that a 40 day fast was called for.
This was the first time that we went this long.
When we ran in to walls of lack of energy we either upped the amount we drank that day or drank more water.
I also had better "highs" when I had a
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (successful ones) more than 2 days in a row. I was not able to do this during the week due to my job.
My
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) went so much better when I drank about 1
quart of water right afterwards.
I have been off the fast for about 3 weeks now, and now I am having th great energy surges.
We have been eating a vegan diet for 5 days of the week and having meat at one meal on the other 2 days.
As long as I have regular BMs, I feel great.
But I am comparing my energy to what it was before I was pregnant, while I was pregnant and during the miscarriage process.
So, I might not be a great source.
The
Master-Cleanse has helped me get my life in order during this whole ordeal and the more order I get the greater my energy is...
So, maybe there are something’s that are weighing on your mind that you need to put in order?
I know I have just given you a great deal of information, but I hope this helps...some
