I would think that with your numerous cleanses and healthy lifestyle, you are no longer releasing toxins at the rate you did at first. You can still enjoy all the benefits of the cleanse without the uncomfortable detox one must suffer through at first. If you want a deeper dimension to your current cleanse, why not reduce the amount of syrup you use, or do two or three days of water only? If you do have deeply stored toxins this more aggressive approach might reach them.
