The Master Cleanse is the only cleanse I do, although I have done the liver flush. (I also incorporated the Ultimate Cleanse into one of my Master Cleanses - I wouldn't do that again.)
Dr. Burroughs recommends in his book doing the cleanse 4 times per year, with the change of seasons. I do a long cleanse in the spring (22 days the first year, 30 days the second, shooting for 30 this year), and 10 days for the others. The first year I discovered the cleanse, I did a couple extra because I was so euphoric from my first experience. (I've been lucky and have none of the sickness, weakness, etc. that other people have shared about.)
I have a minimum of 48
oz of the cleanse each day, sometimes more if I run out before bed and feel hungry. I usually drink some water before the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in case I'm a little dehydrated, and I drink as much water throughout the day as I can.
