I forgot to mention, the message about Liver Flushing was placed there by the Webmaster a while back because some people on extended fasts do tend to develop gall stones. The consensus of most of us who are experienced in fasting feel that unless one has symptoms of congested liver or gallbladder, then it is safe to do the initial fast without preparation. I do recommend a Liver Flush after a fast for all middle-aged people, especially women who are "fair, fat, female, fertile and forty" this is the kind of person most likely to develop Gallstones according to some experts. Once again, the choice is yours.
