Your post yesterday made me feel like you wanted us to *SELL* you on the Master Cleanse, but you do not seem willing to research it yourself. I posted these links to the book in both formats just yesterday....anyway....at many points in our lives, we will argue for our limitations and far be it from me to try to *convince* you a choice I find beneficial will help you when you deep down feel it is dangerous....
