All the best to you! You can do it - set your goals realistically and each time you get close to them add on a new goal.
Since January I lost over 20 lbs - I started with a fast, changed my diet, did another fast and am continuing to drop weight. My weight was always still acceptable (had a BMI which was still in the normal range) however I was unhappy with myself. I had difficulties looking at myself in the mirror. I have another 4 lbs to go, then I am at my personal ideal weight and I intend to keep it!
My first goal was to lose 10 lbs, then another 5, then another 5 and that's how I got where I am.
While you are fasting consider what you would like to do after the fast. Have a plan for when you are done. That is the key to getting where you want!
