Doing this TO SAVE MY LIFE - TODAY!

I too am starting today. I did the dieters tea last night and this morning. So I guess it is time to juice the lemons and get it ready.

I am 5'2" and weighed in at 223 this morning. I hurt all over and can barely stand for any length of time. My back injury acts up constantly more than the swollen ankles and hurting pads of my feet. I am like a baby elephant here.

My heart pounds so painfully for a couple of minutes every time I go up the stairs that leads into my house... I bet my arteries all all clogged up. If I don't sit right away, I know I will pass out!

I have never been this heavy before in my life. I know it was the combination of not being able to exercize after 2 accidents (3 yrs ago) and then losing my home to a fire about 2 years ago and splitting away from the significant other (of 9 yrs) at the same time of the fire and then selling my condo to move to NY 11 months ago, from Florida where I lived my entire life...

Man... talk about culture shock, on top of being a fattie and TOTALLY DISPLACED in LIFE.

I am still looking at my size 5 - 7 clothes in boxes I moved here with me.

I just hope I am strong enough to follow through with this amazing sounding cleansing. If I can just drop 40 or 50 pounds first time... I think it will save my life!

I have to read more of the Posts. I am reading about some sort of "awakening" or "enlightenment?"

I always thought of myself as being a very "spiritual person" but I seemed to have lost it in my depression.

I am not too depressed to count my blessings now though. I don't have anyone here at home to cook for... JUST ME, so there should be no temtations to over-come. (Well maybe when my son cooks his food and I smell it...)

Amd... I work at home... so I pee and poo any time I want. ;>)
