Agave Nectar/Syrup is similar to honey in it's mouthfeel. From my understanding it's not nearly as concentrated as maple syrup is - it's RAW - not heated, not treated, not anything and it is organic. It's obtained from the agave cactus. It is sweeter than regular Sugar and it is mainly fructose. There are two types - one is light and one is dark - same principle as Maple Syrup.
