Rocking the boat...

I've read your post - thank you for being so elaborate because it does give a number of valuable insights - both on you as a person and on your diet.

I see the problem you see yourself. You are very, very strict and then after a while you get sick of being strict and then go overboard. That's a very typical problem of any of these radical diets. I personally don't believe that a raw diet is sustainable for any long period of time - because it is deprivation. Just as most people can't deal long term with a diet like Atkins. Of course, there are exceptions to this rule. In my opinion we are not here to punish ourselves. It's wonderful to have good energy and I think it is a good objective, however I do also think that it's important to realise that we are human. A 80/20 raw diet to me is not varied enough to be sustainable long term.

In reference to milk/casein - your asthma is typical of an allergy, not an intolerance. I personally don't believe (sorry, this is where I am rocking the boat) that you can make any allergy go away through spiritual cleansing - physical cleansing can decrease the allergy but not make it go away completely as it is a physical reaction to a physical food.

In reference to celiac disease (wheat/gluten intolerance) - I *seriously* think you need to get yourself tested for celiac disease. The reason being: even if you decide to go raw and not have any gluten/wheat in your diet you need to know if you have celiac disease for those times when you do decide you want to eat non-raw/differently. The reason why I am saying this is that celiac disease is a lifelong illness - the villi of the colon are destroyed when the person having celiac disease eats allergens such as wheat/rye/spelt/barley/triticale/kamut/oats (last one is a bit iffy). The destruction of villi can lead to a myriad of serious other diseases including gastrointestinal cancer. Even the slightest amount of gluten has a major effect on a person with celiac disease (als named sprue). One of the major components of celiac disease is that the nutrients are not absorbed by the body and they pass through you (just like the Salt Water during the SWF).

In reference to CoEnzyme Q10 - I have my doubts regarding this 'supplement', especially since it's supposed to cure almost everything. At this point in time I have to say that I doubt you have a Tapeworm - it sounds more like you have what I described above.

Those are my thoughts for the moment. Maybe I'll come up with some more ideas later in the day.
