I'm drinking 7 lemonades/day with between 13-14 tablespoons of maple syrup. I believe I'm getting plenty of liquids as I do not feel dehydrated, just simply feel like I don't have the energy to do any kind of strenuous activity.
I guess I have to reevaluate my goals with the MC, as obviously I did not do it as a weight-loss diet, but rather I wanted to cleanse myself of all the built up toxins. I've always had an insanely high metabolism and used to have to consume 3,500-4,500 calories a day just to maintain a weight of 140! I was hoping that this cleanse could also possibly lower & stabilize my metabolism so I would be more 'efficient' and require less calories, but apparently I'm doing nothing but dropping more and more weight!
Perhaps The Master Cleanse is not for me? Are there any alternative cleanses that are just as effective for someone who is underweight?
