I am curious as why you chose the
Master-Cleanse if you are concerned about the
Sugar amount, not having protein, etc. Continuing something just 'because' is what I would consider dangerous. I feel it is most important to listen to your inner self. I don't agree with Detour in regards to the weight loss. If someone is at 115 lbs and is 5'8" then it's not a matter of regaining it but making sure you don't end up in the hospital.
As I said before: if I were in your shoes I would break the fast, stabilise my weight and then go from there.
In a highly respected German journal there was a long article on fasts. It was not the usual 'oh it's bad for you' or 'oh it's great for you', it was very neutral showing the pros and the cons. It did however make one important point: it is a very bad idea to do a fast if you are underweight and you then should only do it under supervision of a doctor/naturopath or other professional.
I personally think you are risking way too much.
I am all for cleansing but use a route which is safer for you. You could for example use P&B shakes while you are eating regular. Or there are many colon cleansing products out there.
