is there an enema she recomends? Or can you point me in the right direction?

Thanks anyone/everyone w/ suggestions. I do think I am going to skip the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow, and the Senna....
it is really weird to me since I have done 4 sucessful cleanse over the past 2+ years
