Absolutely! It is perfectly common to have a tough time. The crying etc. you describe is typical detox. Your body is doing good work--help it along by drinking LOTS of extra water, along with lots of lemonade, and keeping your colon very clean every day you fast! Flush flush flush!
You need to be very clear on WHY you are doing this cleanse, and your goals. Find ways to direct your focus away from food, away from YOU! WALK!! Read a great book! Get a project going!
